General Disclaimers

All sales are final. Unless specified otherwise, you may receive a full refund (excluding Eventbrite and credit card processing fees) if you cancel your registration more than 48 hours before the event. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If the event is canceled, full refunds will be provided, and an email notification will be sent to all ticket holders.

Webinar Event Conduct Policy

Appropriate Content: The display or sharing of inappropriate, offensive, or harmful images, videos, or other content is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory.

Question Guidelines: When asking questions, please ensure they are pertinent to the subject matter of the webinar. Inappropriate or off-topic questions will not be addressed and may result in removal from the session.

Personal Conduct: Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. Any behavior deemed disruptive or disrespectful may result in immediate removal from the webinar without a refund.

Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of other attendees. Do not share personal information or private conversations without explicit consent. Recording or taking screenshots of the webinar content without permission is also prohibited.

Technical Etiquette: To minimize disruptions, please keep your microphone muted unless speaking during designated Q&A sessions. Utilize the chat function responsibly, refraining from spamming or posting irrelevant content.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the webinar and potential exclusion from future events. My China Guide reserves the right to take appropriate action to enforce this policy and ensure a respectful and constructive environment for all participants.

As we do not control the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, we assume no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity due to:

Any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or omissions by any tour suppliers or their employees or agents.

Any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrument owned or operated by any of these suppliers.
