General Disclaimers

All sales are final. Unless specified otherwise, you may receive a full refund (excluding Eventbrite and credit card processing fees) if you cancel your registration more than 48 hours before the event. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If the event is canceled, full refunds will be provided, and an email notification will be sent to all ticket holders.

Webinar Event Conduct Policy

My China Guide is committed to providing a respectful, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone participating in our webinars. To ensure a positive and productive environment, we ask all attendees to adhere to the following conduct guidelines:

1. Respectful Communication: Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the host, speakers, and fellow attendees. All questions and comments should be relevant to the webinar topic and presented in a courteous manner.

2. Appropriate Content: The display or sharing of inappropriate, offensive, or harmful images, videos, or other content is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory.

3. Question Guidelines: When asking questions, please ensure they are pertinent to the subject matter of the webinar. Inappropriate or off-topic questions will not be addressed and may result in removal from the session.

4. Personal Conduct: Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. Any behavior deemed disruptive or disrespectful may result in immediate removal from the webinar without a refund.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of other attendees. Do not share personal information or private conversations without explicit consent. Recording or taking screenshots of the webinar content without permission is also prohibited.

6. Technical Etiquette: To minimize disruptions, please keep your microphone muted unless speaking during designated Q&A sessions. Utilize the chat function responsibly, refraining from spamming or posting irrelevant content.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the webinar and potential exclusion from future events. My China Guide reserves the right to take appropriate action to enforce this policy and ensure a respectful and constructive environment for all participants.

My China Guide, along with its affiliated entities, employees, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, does not own or operate any person or entity that provides goods or services for any virtual or in-person trips or tours. As we do not control the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, we assume no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity due to:

1. Any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or omissions by any tour suppliers or their employees or agents.

2. Any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrument owned or operated by any of these suppliers.

3. Any wrongful, willful, or negligent acts or omissions by any other party not under our supervision or control.

My China Guide acts only as an agent for various independent suppliers providing hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services related to tours. These services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. My China Guide and its employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident caused by the negligence or default of any company or person performing these services. We do not accept responsibility for losses, injuries, damages, or expenses due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws, or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country where they are provided.
